What about screens?

screen removal, cleaning (washing) and replacement. |

How often should I get my
windows cleaned? |

We recommend QUARTERLY cleaning
(every 3 month) or with the change of SEASONS. With this
interval, your windows should stay relatively clean &
unspotted because they’ve been maintained. |

What about rain? Do you offer a
Rain Check? |
| |
Rain does not spot clean glass.
Rain spots are caused by dirty glass. If it does rain within
24 hrs. of your appointment, we will return to take care of
any spotting or run off. |

What if I forget when the last
cleaning was? |
| |
Don’t worry. Just give us a
call and we’ll tell you when your last appointment was. We
also send reminders 3 times per year to keep you on schedule. |

The Advantages of De-ionized
"spot free"
Water
We use De-ionized Water for some applications in conjunction with
our Water-Fed Pole. Water, from the tap, contains many impurities.
These ‘Additives’ are necessary to make our water safe for us to
use and consume. However, these ‘additives’ (calcium carbonate being a main
component) make it necessary to ‘squeegee’ water off a window once
it has been scrubbed. Once your tap water has been through our
tanks, it has been filtered of all negatively and positively
charged ions. These ‘ions’ stick to glass and cause spotting and
streaks. On difficult to reach windows and many commercial
properties, we use a water-fed pole, which is attached to our
‘filtered’ De-ionized Water tanks, which allows us to clean your glass to our high
standards. Your glass & window frames become spot-free clean with
no residue or spotting.
